Every year
The fixtures you can count on
Dates change year to year, so we announce them closer to the time — but these come round without fail.
Once a year
Youth Showcase
Our young people put on the whole thing — music, dance, drama and whatever else they have been working on. Families and the wider neighbourhood are invited.
Every October
Black History Month
A programme of events run with local organisations — talks, food, performance and a community market in the main hall.
Through the year
Family events
Days built for parents and children together, such as our Fathers and Sons afternoon, with activities, music and refreshments.
Every school holiday
Holiday playschemes
Full days of activities for 6–11 year olds through February, May and October half terms and the summer break.
Running your own event?
Our halls host around fifty weekends of community events a year — markets, celebrations, fundraisers and cultural nights. There is probably room for yours.
