The community can support their local facility financially by hiring it on Saturdays/Sundays and transforming it into a venue for a wide variety of celebratory events and performances, with profits funding our work with young people.

We have a catering kitchen and an entertainments licence.  We can provide a bar if required; to comply with the licence, only our licensee is allowed to sell alcohol.

The two large rooms are both able to accommodate bouncy castles and the sports hall can be set up with a raised stage.

  • Our sports hall can be transformed into a function room holding 350 people standing, 250 people conference-style and 200 people cabaret-style.  It is ideal for large community gatherings, children’s parties and celebrations such as weddings.
  • The youth games area holds 200 people standing, 120 people conference-style and 80 people cabaret-style.  It provides a more intimate atmosphere for family parties and smaller functions.
  • We have a suite of training rooms holding between 25 and 50 people depending on the layout required.
  • The catering kitchen is booked independently of the other rooms.  Hirers provide their own crockery, cutlery, pots and utensils.
  • Spaces can be hired throughout the week to run courses or play sports, subject to availability.

To make a booking, email phone or call at the Club for a booking form which explains the terms and conditions and asks for information about your booking.  You can find out at this point whether the space you want to use is available for the date you require it.  When we receive the fully completed booking form we will assess the costs and risks associated with your proposed event and give you a price.  A booking is confirmed once we have received the fully completed form AND the deposit has been cleared into our bank account.
